These terms and conditions are in place to protect both you and your practitioner, and to ensure a safe, professional environment for all clients.
Nails
Clients under 16 will only be offered a child’s varnish manicure. Any other nail services will not be carried out, and bookings may be cancelled in line with the cancellation policy.
Nail services cannot be performed on broken skin, open wounds, fungal infections, warts, or verrucas. If present, the appointment may be cancelled and charges may still apply under the cancellation policy.
Aesthetics
All clients are required to attend a free in-salon consultation prior to booking any treatment, along with a numbing cream patch test where applicable.
CANCELLATIONs
Having enough time to make you feel beautiful at your appointment is so important to us! which is one of the reasons why we have a policy in place to avoid appointment overlaps, as well as loss of earnings for our self employed staff.
When booking your appointment the cancellation policy will need to be agreed too and is as follows:
*Cancel or reschedule for FREE for up to 72 hours ahead of your appointment.
*All appointments other than repairs and consultations are awarded a 15 minute grace period to allow for traffic and other delays.
*All appointments that are cancelled/rescheduled or amended resulting in loss of earnings within 72 hours will be charged 50% of the previously booked amount.
*All appointments that are cancelled/rescheduled or amended resulting in loss of earnings within the notice period will be charged 100% of the previously booked amount. This also applies to cancelled/rescheduled or amended appointments where no notice is given.
